• Visits to the Website
  • All information regarding cookies will be informed separately through our cookie consent banner.
  • If you send an inquiry to us through our contact form, we use the personal data that you have stated in the contact form to answer you. This covers your name, email, phone number and the message sent.
  • Our legal basis for processing your personal information will be either GDPR Article 6(1)(b) regarding steps prior to entering a contract on the initiative of the data subject or GDPR Article 6(1)(f) regarding a legitimate interest where your interest is not set aside given the fact that we only process your information based on the strictly necessary to give you an answer. The choice relies on the nature of the inquiry.
  • Our data retention policy for inquiries is up to 6 months after your first message to us.
• Customers
  • If you become a customer with us, we will process your name, company position, email, and phone number.
  • Our legal basis for processing your personal information will be GDPR Article 6(1)(b) regarding processing necessary to perform a contract.
  • Our data retention policy for customer data is up to 3 years after the last delivery made by us, cf. the Danish Act on Obsoletion, which gives us the right to protect our interests in potential legal disputes until a claim can no longer be made by either party. However, we keep all bookkeeping materials in accordance with Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act for a period of running year + 5 years.
• INFLUENCERS
  • If you become a trusted influencer partner, we will process your name, email, personal interests, and phone number.
  • Our legal basis for processing your personal information will be GDPR Article 6(1)(f) regarding processing due to a legitimate interest.
  • Our data retention policy for influencer data is up to 3 years after the last delivery made by you. However, we keep all bookkeeping materials in accordance with Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act for a period of running year + 5 years.
• Marketing
  • We use your contact details to send you promotion material if you have signed up for our newsletter.
  • Our legal basis for processing your personal information will be GDPR Article 6(1)(a) regarding processing based on consent.
  • Our data retention policy for marketing data is until you withdraw your consent.
• Feedback
  • We may ask for your feedback in the form of surveys, customer satisfaction analysis or market research to ensure that the services we offer meet your requirements. Any feedback received from you will only be used for the purpose of improving our services and will not be disclosed.
  • Our legal basis for asking you to give feedback will be GDPR Article 6(1)(b) regarding processing necessary to perform a contract as feedback is part of the customer experience. The data your voluntarily provide during feedback will be based on GDPR Article 6(1)(a) regarding consent.
  • Our data retention policy for feedback data is 5 years after reception. We have a long retention period in order to measure our own performance over time. To the extent possible, we will store your feedback in anonymous form.
• JOB APPLICATIONs
  • If you send us your job application, we will process your personal information such as name, email, home address, CV, motivation and any other details you provide in your application or in the process.
  • Our legal basis for processing your personal information will be GDPR Article 6(1)(b) regarding steps prior to entering a contract on the initiative of the data subject.
  • Our data retention policy for job application data is 6 months after reception unless we collect your consent to keep your data for a longer period.

  • We have implemented appropriate technical, organisational and physical measures to ensure a level of protection of your personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access in accordance with the data protection legislation in Denmark and the EU.
  • In spite of our efforts to establish a secure environment for the Website, you should be aware that no information is completely secure on the Internet. Therefore, you should always take the necessary safeguards on your own equipment.
• Transfer of your personal data
  • We transfer your personal data to third parties when it is necessary to provide you with our service. Third parties shall mean security-cleared data processors, who are assisting us with IT solutions or other services specific services.
  • We also transfer your personal data to third parties if we are obliged to do so according to legislation or to protect our or the group’s interests in legal disputes.
